You may return your purchase for refund within 30 days of receipt. The returned item should look exactly as it did when you received it, in brand new condition that allows resale to another customer. The shoulder strap is way too long for 5'4" women. With the steel cable sowed into the strap it is very difficult to add additional holes to shorten the strap. The purse needs to be provided with 2 straps, a long one and a short one.
I purchased this purse to use on a trip. It is the perfect size to carry the essentials used while traveling, including the cards, CPL, Passport, cell, etc. Didn't need a wallet due to all of the pockets for cards and ID. I switched the mini holster to one that is a size larger to accommodate my Smith & Wesson M&P Shield. Worked just fine! I enjoyed the purse so much, I continue to use it now that I am home. This one dresses up or down. Love the soft leather and the rose pattern adds an elegant touch!! I appreciate that this purse is nice looking while allowing me to be a stealth conceal carry individual.
I gave this crossbody purse 4 Stars as it's a well made quality purse, & when I do use it I get many compliments. The magnetic flap works well & the Gun compartment allows for easy access to my m&P shield 9mm. I just personally found it tight for use as an everyday purse. I usually only carry cards, cash, phone, lipstick, sunglasses and keys. That being said, I was not able to carry my sunglasses in the purse as there was just not enough room. Another disappointment was the phone compartment, which is made for old sty[e smaller phones and my I-phone didn't fit.
after using this purse on occasion for about a year and viewing other CCW purses available, I decided to buy another GTM bag for everyday use.
This purse doesn't work for me but it would probably be great for someone who doesn't carry much. I don't have my over stuffed but the magnet still will not latch correctly. also, the hooks that attached the strap comes unhooked way to easy to be a carry purse. I would also like it better if there was a way to lock it when need be.
if someone who doesn't carry a lot of stuff or has a large wallet is looking for a purse, this would be a good choice, but if you tend to stick a bunch of stuff in your purse I would stay away from this one.
