Do you accept returns?
You may return your purchase for refund within 30 days of receipt. The returned item should look exactly as it did when you received it, in brand new condition that allows resale to another customer. All returned items must be unused, with all product tags attached and all wrapping and packaging in tact.
What's the process for returning a purchase?
Step 1: If the purse has a clip-on shoulder strap, it must be unclipped and stowed inside the purse.
Step 2: Place the handbag back inside the plastic bag. Then to protect the beautiful leather, place it inside the black Gun Tote'n Mamas drawstring pouch it came in.
Step 3: Please use the box it came in to return the purse. If unavailable, be sure to choose a box that is large enough to comfortably fit the purse.
Step 4: Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return. (If the packing slip is unavailable, enclose a note with your order number, name, address, phone number and the style number for the item you are returning.)

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not pay return shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. You can use any carrier to ship it to us, but we recommend you are able to track the shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE. If it was purchased from a store or different website, contact them directly for their return procedure.
What days do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on holidays or on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 10 AM CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
How can I tell my order has shipped?
The following business day after your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free ground shipping is available for orders over $100.00 within the continental US. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail. We are unable to accommodate free shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer expedited shipping and what is the cost?
Yes. Please note, expedited orders require one business day processing time and will not ship the same day the order was placed.

Will I pay sales tax on my order?
You will pay sales tax if your billing address is in the state of Illinois or if you are shipping to an address in the state of Illinois.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
Can I cancel an order once it's submitted?
If you wish to cancel an order, call us immediately at 847-446-0700 Ext 103 or Ext 105. We will check and we will let you know if we can stop the order. If we are unable to stop the shipment, we are not responsible for return shipping.
I'm ordering a gift. Does your packing slip have prices?
No. The enclosed packing slip has the style number of the item, no price. The boxes we use to ship are not marked as to what is inside the box.

What is the warranty on GTM purses and bags?
Our extensive line of leather concealed-carry purses and bags comes with a one-year limited wear-and-tear warranty, two-year limited warranty on the leather itself and a two-year limited warranty for the shoulder straps. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty only pertains to purses, bags, and products sold by GTM Original's authorized dealers/ retailers as well as our website, gtmoriginal.com. No, gift cards do not expire.
May I redeem a gift card for cash?
No, they are valid for Gun Tote'n Mamas website purchases only.
How are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
May I use a discount code for a gift card purchase?
No. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
How do I redeem a gift card?
