I purchased this bag in black in 2021 and it is the only purse I have carried sine then. It is perfect to carry my Ruger 380. I have it set up so I always carry my bag in one particular way so I have quick and easy access if needed. I don't carry a lot in my purse besides my wallet and phone so I really don't want a bigger purse. I am going to get another just like it in brown as soon as I can afford it.
I was excited to buy this purse as I've been using a smaller one for several years. I was disappointed at the length of the strap I bought it with (2years ago) & I was finally able to purchase a longer strap so I can carry it cross-body - being short & not terribly strong, cross body is definitely my preference - but there really isn't a lot of room. The interior stash pocket is on the same side as the holster, so when I've got my medical supplies & my pistol there's no room for anything else on that side.
But I've discovered that my biggest dislike is that I can't easily access my pistol while driving or sitting at home. With the pocket only opening at either side, you have to have the purse just right to access the holster.
I'll still use the purse, it's pretty & it's a great regular purse, but I am just a bit dissatisfied. I will say, the leather that GTM uses is excellent, it gets soft as butter & just looks better with time - & I love the steel cable enforced straps.
I love this purse but the strap has some sort of metal wire that works its way out and I end up with painful stabs and even have brought blood on more than
one occasion. NOT sure what is inside but it has always done this. I have to get wire pliers to pull the wire and clip. Would NOT purchase this again.
Carries my gun nicely but ABSOLUTELY no room! Once your wallet & gun are in place there is NO room for anything......well you can cram it in there but no room to see or move stuff around. In the pictures they show you the "room" in each side but you have to remember they are pushing the center to one side. Again, once you put your stuff in the purse there is very little space on the other side. Wish I could show pics so you (and them) could see. If your only carrying a wallet & a gun I suppose it's great. Nice quality for sure, just NO room. Maybe just one zipper instead of 2 so there would be one large pocket. :-)
This is a very pretty handbag, I got the Zebra print. However, even though it says they are top grain leather, the Zebra print is nylon. I still like it but am disappointed as I like leather handbags and am afraid this material may get stains on it or dirty.
Otherwise, very happy with it.
